- All Packages are discretely packaged.

For orders over $100.00 we add 10% for shipping.
Some products are directly shipped from the manufacturer. There is a $10 service charge (per item) for all direct-shipped items. It will be stated in the description if an item requires direct shipping.
Any fees that incur during shipping due to misinformation resulting from a customer's
typographical error or omission of information will be subsequently charged to the customer. For instance, omission of an apartment number or a typographical error on the zip code will be subject to a charge for re-delivery.

. All packages are shipped in USPS packaging, UPS / FedEx shipping packaging, or re-used boxes.
Processing time for internet orders is identical to that of phone or mail orders. On the average, we ship (Monday through Friday) in-stock items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. In the busy seasons, (March through May and September through October) be delayed by a few additional days (in such case, we would let you know).
For commercial growers however, upon request, we will always do our best to rush your order if your crop is in dire need of one of our pest controls or other critical products.
